We purchased this as a X-mas present when my DD was 1, but she didn't really get into it until a year later. She's 2.5 now and loves it. She bakes and cooks for her tea parties daily and it's large enough that 2 children can play together. We put together a little grocery area and she can a very long time shopping, cooking and eating.

Our 23 month old twins girls love their kitchen. We placed it in the real kitchen breakfast room area so the girls can help Mom and be busy while she is cooking dinner. Very sturdy, safe and lots of fun. Order the play food, and pots and pans too.
Need accessories to really get into the idea of cooking.
