The wonderful style of the Homestyle Kitchen makes it look just like Mom and Dad's! Kids really "cook" when they place pots and pans on the burners to activate bubbling and sizzling sounds. The countertop features light-up burners and a ticking timer with bell. The doors on the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and several cupboards are reinforced for durability. Additional features include a sink with a removable sprayer faucet, storage shelves, and 22 plastic play accessories, including plates, cups, dining and cooking utensils, pans, a strainer, and a toy cell phone. Ages 3-6 years. The stove requires two AA batteries (not included). Assembly required.

Hayneedle had the best price on this play kitchen [...]! I was looking for something that fit in a corner and this is great for that. My daugther loves the light up burners. This is a good "starter kitchen" for toddlers. It is a bit tall for a toddler, so my daughter stands on a stool to play with it. It is also a bit too lightweight, and tips over easily so the stool helps with that. The cabints/appliance storage areas are smaller than I expected. I was hoping to store her dishes in it when she wasn't playing with it, but you can only fit a couple of items in them at a time. We will definitely upgrade when she is a bit older. It is attractive and the plastic is easy to wipe down. I like that it easily fits in a corner and doesn't take up too much space in our livingroom where she likes to play with it. Overall, I am happy with the product and the value for the money for a first play kitchen.

Overall, once it was set up, four hours later, my daughter loves to play with it. The stoves lights up and makes cooking sounds. It comes with dishware. Just wished the micowave could make some sounds.

I compared this product price to the top stores and this was much cheater. I know my granddaughter will love it. It is made of durable materials. I can't wait until she see it.

I made the mistake of ordering before reading the reviews. Hayneedle has delivery faster than Santa himself and the kitchen was shipped before I could cancel and order something else. We have the kitchen still in the box and plan to return it. It's super thin material and it looks like extensive work would be requrired to assemble it. It's a Christmas gift so I have time to get something else that won't make us wish we'd never heard of play kitchens.
